ESTABLISHED 1991

The Northern Ireland Paranormal Research Association

“For those who believe, no proof is necessary. For those who do not believe, no proof is possible.”

Who are NIPRA?

The Northern Ireland Paranormal Research Association (NIPRA) was established in 1991 with the purpose of investigating hauntings and other paranormal activity throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.

We are an experienced team of paranormal investigators from all walks of life, and are available to carry out private investigations of homes, businesses and any other location where paranormal activity has been reported or experienced.

As a non-profit organisation, our services are provided free of charge to the public. So whether you are seeking advice or reassurance regarding strange occurrences in your home, require evidence of a supernatural nature, or simply want to meet fellow paranormal enthusiasts, NIPRA are and always will be here to help.

Never forget, the other half of half-afraid opens many a door!

A big thank you for everyone who came to NIPRA's open night and to the Old Market House, Bangor for hosting us. It was really great to see old friends and meet new ones. We at NIPRA hope to see you all again soon.

Step into the shadows with NIPRA and watch as the team explores haunted locations, investigates ghostly encounters, and uncovers the unexplained. Subscribe to our YouTube channel for chilling evidence, behind-the-scenes investigations, and spine-tingling stories you won’t find anywhere else. If you’re drawn to the mysterious and the macabre — this is where it lives.
